Testimonials

This class was very eye-opening to me in many ways – about the Enneagram as a whole, how to use it as a tool with my peers at my workplace, and how to dive into seeing deeper about myself…flaws and all. I now feel that I can identify my personal growth areas based on the Enneagram as well as have meaningful conversations with my friends, family, and co-workers about themselves through the lens of the Enneagram. It has really helped give words and freedom to how I see myself and to understand more fully how others may see me, too.”

-Leslie, Project Coordinator

“I grew in my understanding of the Enneagram stances and have been able to put that into practice as I help some friends/colleagues think through what they may be.  I grew in my understanding and acceptance of some of my own foibles and their frustration to me!  I learned more about the other numbers – especially those  of people in the group.  I loved the way the information was communicated and the opportunities for interacting with Kenny, the information and the others in the course.”

-Lynn, Hiring Consultant and Management/Teambuilding Coach

The Enneagram at Work Class was a game changer for me! I got so much out of the practical teachings, group conversations, and left each class having a better understanding of my type and how I can relate better with others. This class ultimately shed a light on what tendencies I needed to refine and brought clarity into my God-given strengths.”

-Casey, Digital Marketer

“Through taking Enneagram at Work, I was able to gain a level of better understanding of my personal, spiritual, and work life. Not only were we guided through the enneagram personality analysis for self-realization, but we also learned how to understand and empathize with other personality types and stances. I’ve noticed that my communication with my teammates has improved since taking this class, as has my patience with myself.”
